At Rando, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you’d like to return an item, it must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will begin processing your refund. Please note, we are unable to give an exact timeframe for when your refund will be issued, as it can depend on several factors, including the time it takes for the return to reach us and the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

While we aim to process all returns promptly, we ask for your understanding as this can sometimes take longer than anticipated.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you in processing your return or exchange for a full refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
